Delivery:
Blue coned Red player passes ball to blue cone Yellow player.
Yellow player dribbles into the area and tries to score in either goal at the end of the area the ball was passed from.
Red player tries to defend both goals, win the ball back and score in the opposite two goals.
Once the ball is out of the area, white cone Yellow player then passes to white cone Red player for another 1v1.
