Progression - Players asked to perform a skill each time they dribble close to a blue cone. Players can choose skill.
Progression 2 - Coach demonstrates a skill that is to be practiced. etc drop of shoulder/sidestep.
Coaching points:
Ensure players use both feet to dribble
Challenge players to dribble with eyes up and to use space.
When performing a skill ensure correct technique is used
Once skill is performed encourage players to accelerate away into space.
