LB passes to GK, GK passes to RB. RB plays into ST who lays it off to CM. CM out to the LW.
The pattern repeats but coming from the other side. Players always follow there pass.
Progression is to include bounce pass at the start. LB passes to GK, who bounces back to LB. Pass to RB and continue with normal cycle.
Can progress to adding in goals. When ST lays off to CM, CM can play out to RW or LW. ST and free winger then make supporting runs to score. Can add in a defender at each side.
Passes have to zip. Receive the ball on your back foot with an open body. ST and CM should only need one touch to lay off and spray the ball wide.
Communication is important.
