The server opposite the GK starts with the ball. They volley the ball in to the GK's hands. The GK must spin & play a long pass to the server furthest away. This server will then pass the pall to the remaining server who will take a shot. Emphasise ball striking technique.
Progress to the GK kicking from their hands to the furthest away server.
Aim to leave 5 minutes to tidy up and debrief.
