GKs play 'Head Catch' upon arrival. Similar to netball, GKs pass the ball in their team by throwing and may only take 3 steps with the ball in their hands. To score they must throw the ball for a team mate to head into the opposition's goal. This can also be 1st time volleys for the older GKs if desired.
