Yellow group - players dribble in and out of cones and leave ball at end - sprint to first cone, and back to ball, and repeat.
Blue group - first player plays pass to second player and overlaps for pass. As soon as second player has passed ball on they sprint to first cone, back to cone, and finish at first cone. Pattern continues.
Red group - players dribble with ball at 70% effort to half way and leave ball at half way line before sprinting to opposite byline and back to ball to return to start. Continue.
White group - player shuffles through ladder side to side receiving two passes at each side before replacing the feeder, who sprints back round green cone and ready to start.
Work at each station for 90 seconds max effort with 120 secs recovery.
All groups then in to middle red to play 2 touch passes with group, with slow jog out round red cone after each pass - 2 minutes then move round one station.
