You start off with four players outside the first
zone with one defender and one target man at
the top of the second zone. The four players
outside the cones complete five passes they
can move the ball forward. When the target
man gets the ball the players on the side move
up and defenders in the first zone becomes the
fourth attacker. The player on top of the first
zone becomes the defender in the second zone.
