DESCRIPTION

Purpose

  • Shooting 1v1

Directions

  • Team A and B start at the same time and drive the ball as in the sketch.
    • The players shoot before the line. After the shot the players jog back to the starting position.
    • They will get their balls from their own goal or from behind their own goal
  • Change side in the exercise after a set time so that the players get to shoot with both feet.

Adjust difficulty

  • Smaller or bigger space
  • Count the goals and change tasks after a set time
  • The team with the most goals wins.
