If tagged by opposition player must stop running and pass ball to a team mate.
Aim is to either score into the goal by throwing the ball OR to run into the zone holding the ball (like american football).
We use this as a warm up before training with U10's.
The players find it fun and its end to end.
Doesnt rely on football ability so levels the playing field for all abilities.
Encourages players to find space.
Encourages players to get their head up and look for team mates.
Improves communication as players ask/call for the ball.
