warm up
the warm up is just 2 defenders in the midle you passing in a circle to get the ball away from them, you get the ball taken of you, you go in the middle with the person to your left
first drill
this 4 v 3 is just basic game rules i chose to do this as it was modified from last week
modified game
for the modified games the zones that i makr with cones are banned zones, if you hiy the ball in these zones you have to give the ball to the other team.
warm up -
the 4 v 3 was a very fungame to watch the players used everyone this week and if they needed the would use there weaker player.
modified game
this was a very succsesful game as everyone enjoyed it and it showed, the players avoided the zones at all costs everyone got a fdair hit the players however did not get many shots off. i would tell 1 player from each team to stick next to a zone so there was room.
