UNOPPOSED PRACTICE - 20 MINS
Both teams start with a ball and work on playing through the thirds players limited to two touch. Work on combination play and speed of play getting the ball forward to target players
Progress to teams on a time limit to move the ball forward and players moving into the next third
OPPOSED PRACTICE - 40 MINS
Blue team setup in 3-2-2 formation start with possession and look to play through the thirds and break the lines in the red teams defence. Players allowed to dribble ball into next zone and create overload
Red team in 1-2-2-2 look to win ball back in each of the thirds and dribble ball through to there target zone. Progress to five passes equalling a goal. Rotate teams after 20 mins
