The participants will be split into 2 groups. 1 group will be the attackers and other group will be the defenders. The attackers start with the ball and have to dribble by the defender and dribble through the gates. If the defender wins the ball then the next 2 people will go.
Keep the ball close to you by taking small touches of the ball to have great control so you won’t lose the ball.
Try using footing technique to get by the defenders to go through the gates.
