Set up using 2/3rds of the 7 aside pitch. Red bibs 1 goal keeper with 2 defenders & 3 midfielders against blue Bibs 3 midfielders & 1 attacker. There is also positioned just over the half way line 2 target player in 5m square boxes for the reds to pass too. When they receive the ball they turn into the suppliers for the blues to attack the reds goal. There is also also a small net for the reds to pass into positioned in the centre. They recive 1 point for a pass into the net and 3 points for a pass to the target players if they receive it in their box. The blues get 5 points if they can score against the reds.
Spread out.
Look to find space by moving away from opposition players creating a good angle to recive the ball.
Look to move into space left by other players movement.
Try to anticipate the next pass so you can support the reciving player.
