This drills is a progression on the pass and move box drill, that looks for the player to move out to receive the ball and then move to be wide option after passing the ball. This drill can be done with 5-7 players (more can be accomodated by increasing the size of the box.
Each player received numbers from 1 to the number of players in the group.
To start all players except player #1 start by the centre cone.
