The particpants are split into 2 groups. the groups have 2 stand at the cones. partcipants must number themselves 1-6. the partcipants are required to pass the ball around their circle until the coach shout their number. the coach shouts 6 so the player 6 from each group have become a defender in other circle and try and win the ball.
the partcipants are required to shout each others name when passing as the players will be ready to recieve the ball espeically when under pressure from the defender.
The defenders must create pressure in the circle and try and win the ball of the opposite team.
Keep your body open by having your legs open so you have good stance when recieving the ball so your centre of gravity wont be of so you can pass the ball quickly.
