Divide a 5 or 7 aside pitch up into 4 equal sections. 2 teams of 4 one in each zone so there a green and a blue player in each zone then a goal keeper in each net. The balls starts with each goal keeper playing it out one to each side. The sides then play through the zones to the other keeper who returns it and starts ithem off again. After 3 minute rotate the players through each zone.
Receive the ball with a open body on the back foot ready to move forward.
