Defensive positioning
Attackers in black move towards the goal with the ball. Red defenders move into position to defend the space in front of the goal (not necessarily towards the player)
Focus on being patient, jockeying, moving attacking player away from the goal if possible. DO NOT DIVE IN!!!!!
