With the drill on the left you basically need to sprint to the first cone amd jog backwards to the starting cone then sprint to the second cone and a slow jog back to the start. With the session on the right you basically just do some stretches that you get your feet warmed up such as sidesteps as we are focusing on passing in the session.
When doing the sidesteps try to make sure that you do not clip your heels together and finally make sure you stretch properly.
