DESCRIPTION

1) quick feet side stepping in and out of the cones

2) knees bent side stepping aroung the cones from right to left

3) 2 feet in each on the ladder

4) two feet together jumps into each hoop, progress to one standing leg jump into each. 

COACHING POINTS

- Constantly on toes not letting your healstouch the floor when side stepping and going through the ladder

- land and hold it while one leg standing jumps in the hoops.
