Minesweeper (Possession Drill)
Place footballs on flat markers on each side of the pitch. Make 2 teams of 5 each. If there are more than 10 members present, Please make 3 teams. 2 teams will perform the drill while the 3rd team will be outside performing a strengthening exercise ( Squats, Lunges, Squat Hold). A team scores by hitting the football on their attacking half with the ball that is in play. Each game will be 3 minutes long, and team that knocks down the most number of footballs wins.
