Cross - Back pass weighted for reciever to get it in a good spot.
The initial passer runs to cone/ pretend defender and stand on an attcking spot infront to recieve.
The reciever passes a weighted throughball for the first player tohave a shot.
Should be up the field a bit for the through ball to work well.
