Incorporates accuracy and concentration. Player will now have to pass to their partner through gates which are 2 m apart

COACHING POINTS

· Contact with the ball should be halfway up the ball or higher

· Passing position should feel relaxed and comfortable

· Belly button should be facing the receiver

· Non- Kicking foot alongside the ball

· Knee and ankle joints firm

· Body over the ball

· Head steady, eyes on the ball

·  Use arms to keep balance

·  Kicking foot follows through to the target
