Uitleg:
- half U11 veld
- 3 ploegen van 3 spelers
- 2 keepers (elke nieuwe wedstrijd andere keeper)
- aanvallers starten met hand tegen kleine doeltje, zodra de bal ingedreven wordt mogen de verdedigers het veld in.
- aanvallers (2 spelers) scoren in het grote doel
- verdedigers (3 spelers K) scoren in de kleine doeltjes
- gewone spelregels
- bal buiten of na doelpunt nieuwe wedstrijd

Doorschuifsysteem:
- aanvallers gaan naar ruststand, verdedigers worden aanvallers, rustploeg wordt verdediging
