DESCRIPTION

Start with the basics.

  • Player 1 starts by passing to player 2
  • Player 2 passes it back to player 1
  • Player 2 moves to the (open / opposite) cone and waits to receive the ball.
  • Player 1 passes it to player 2.
  • Repeat.

Progression:

  • Start in the same way as the basics.
  • But this time have player 1 move to another cone to receive the ball.
  • Both players must move to an open cone to receive or pass the ball from.
  • Repeat
