The first part of the warm is the players will jog around the ladders to the cone at the top, go around the cone then do a dynamic stretch on the way back.they will do this twice.
The second part of the warm up is they will jog to the ladders then when they come to the ladders they will do side steps through the ladders then when they come to the end of the ladders jog to the cone at the top go around it and then do a dynamic stretch on the way back and they will do this twice.
The third part of the warm up is they will jog to the ladders once again when they come to the ladders they will do hop scotch through them come to the end of the ladders and there will be a player stood on the cone at the top now, the player on the cone will pass the ball into their left foot and then their right foots after they have finished the passes with the player on the cone they will go around him and jog back into to the start and will do this twice.
The fourth part of the warm is they will once again jog the ladders then go side on when they get to the ladders then they will go in and out with fast feet of the ladders then when they get to the end they will jog to the cone touch it and then jog backwards then the player on the cone will throw the ball in the air and they either have jump and head the ball or they have to catch it then when they have done this they will go around the player on the cone and then go back to the start they will do this twice.
