PROGRESSION
Play begins with the centerforward providind a pass to the player exiting the ladder drill (coordination drill). He has to receive the ball and provide a pass to either of the two players on his sides. The player on his side receives the ball and plays a diagonal pass to the path of the opposite winger. The winger has to make a good first touch dribble towards the endline and make a cross for the two attackers to score. The defender (red player) tries to win the ball.
