Goalkeeper starts inside the four cones. Server plays firm pass in. Goalkeeper must control the ball inside the square before passing wide into mini goal. Sets of four, two with right foot to right mini goal, two with left foot to left mini goal.
Progression: Server calls a colour and goalkeeper must make sharp move to cone and return to centre of the square before receiving/progress to volley, half-volley and off ground with goalkeeper catching the ball before rolling/throwing out to mini goals.
