4 defenders start on the 18.
Start at postion #1 - Players knock the ball back and forth until player closest to the corner serves high service into the box.
Defenders must clear the ball.
Then defenders must run to touch the cones and reset at the 18.
Repeat from position #2.
Quickly, have postion #3 serve a low ball in. Note: defenders still must touch the yellow cones in the 18 yard box between Positions #1 and #2 before the leave.
Once down at the lower box they must still touch the yellow cones and reset before Position #4 serves.
Never allow the ball to bounce.
Play fast.
Progression 1 - Have players with 2 different colors. They are to hold up cones to force defenders to call out the color whenever the players hold up a cone. CP - Watch for runners.
Progression 2 - Add an attacker then a 2nd attacker.
