SETUP:
- 40x30 area with small-goal either end, 2m wide gates at half adjacent to each touch line
- Teams of 7 plus the 2 keepers. Back 4, 2 DM, 1 AM
- Directional play. 1pt for each goal but 2pts for passing or dribbling through the gate in the direction of attack
- Normal rules otherwise
