Blue player takes the ball and has to pass through the box defended by one defender. If they get through they can shoot. If they go out the side of the box or are tackled they become the defender, defender becomes keeper, keeper moves to back of the queue.
Use both feet, shield the ball with the body, burst of pace when entering the box.
