There will be 1 GK working with 3 servers.
Firstly, server 1 will play a pass to server 2. Once the ball is played, it is a 1v1 between server 2 and the GK.
Attackers will take it in turns when attacking the ball with the GK.
Each GK will have 6 goes each. Working for 2 sets.
- Follow the line of the ball.
- Know when to come and when to stay.
- Attack the ball with speed and aggression.
- Judge the speed of the ball.
- Stay on your feet for as long as possible.
