There will be 1 GK with 3 servers.
Firstly, the GK will receive a volley into his hands. The GK will return the ball back to the middle server.
Then, the GK will make a save onto the ball to his left, with the attacker pressing.
The GK will then recover and attack the ball to the right with the GK adding pressure to the ball at the same time.
Each GK will work for 1-2 minutes, working for 2 sets each.
- Stay big when attacking the ball against attacker.
