Firstly, start off with 1 server with 3 GK's queuing behind one another.
As shown, the server will start with the ball. He will gently roll the ball towards a goal gate and the GK must react and stop the ball before going in the gate.
Once the GK has secured the ball he will then become the server. The server will then go to the back on the queue with the toter GK's waiting.
This is an on-going practice. 5-10 minutes.
Stop and Start when needed to deliver demonstrations and coaching points.
- Attack the ball with speed and aggression.
- Lead with 2 hands behind the ball, keeping your head/face protected.
- Attack the ball forwards, body weight forward when pushing off correct foot.
