There will be 2 servers, with 2 GK's working one after the other.
The 2 servers will be placed either side of the goal.
Firstly, the GK will touch the cone in the middle, will recover back to the middle of his goal and receive a cross from the left server.
The GK will return the ball, touch the cone again and recover back to the middle of his goal. Then the GK will receive a cross from the right server.
After the 2 servers, the GK's will swap. Servers will stay as they are. After each GK has completed it 8 times, the servers will swap with the GK's.
Each pair will work for 2 sets.
