Split players to two teams. Place 3 cones in front of each line of players.
PROGRESSION
Yellow player perform coordination move (through the cones) while red player run forward and backwards around the cones. On the coaches call e.g. orange! players need to react and sprint towards the orange cone. The first one to touch the cone wins!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now place a ball at each cone (orange and green). Players should react to the color designated and run towards the ball. The first player to reach to the ball is the attacker and can score at either of the four posts.
