Create a grid approximately 20x30. Place 6 goals in the grid 3 on each endline. Create 3 equal boxes 10x20. Place on post on each side of the box. Players go 4v4 with two neutral players (blues) one on each of the wide boxes.
PROGRESSION
Players go 4v4 using their wide players as an extra help. Players are allowed to enter any box apart from the two neutral players which are limited to the wide boxes. A team is allowed to score only if they manage to switch the ball from one side to the other at least once. If a goal is scored as a result of an overlap then it counts for 2.
