SETUP:
- Play half of a 7 or 9-aside field but narrow to width of the box
- 5v5 plus GKs
DESCRIPTION:
- Attacking team plays with 5 out, defending team with 3 out and 2 behind their goal line
- If ball goes out, a shot is saved or is scores roles immediately reverse and the team that was attacking must drop 2 players behind the goal line whilst the former defenders can bring 2 in, Ball will start from GK
- If defenders win the ball they can either play back to the support players or keeper to build attack OR counter quickly as a 3
- Play should be continuous
