Set up a 25x25 gridwith two pug goals at oppoaite ends of field with a 5 mtr shooting zone marked with flat cones.
PROGRESSION 1
Players are positioned on the same side of the field. Red player (the defender) provides a pass on the path of the blue player (the attacker) who takes a good first touch and runs towards the white cone. He then has to turn and try to score on the two red posts. As soon as the red player passes to the blue player he overlaps to defend the two goals.
Change the attackers every now and then.
