Create a grid of 30x30. Create 4 small squares 3x3 at the corners of the grid. Split the players inside the 4 squares.
PROGRESSION 1
On the coaches call players dribble outside the square and run towards the square in the middle. Their aim is to dribble through all square via the middle square. The first player to finish the race and return to his starting position is the winner!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now players are chased by the defenders inside the grid. If the attackers manage to enter one of the squares then they are safe. Aim of the defenders is to kick their ball outside the grid. Attackers are allowed to return to the grid only after they complete 10 toe-taps!
