This can be set up in front of a goal or in an open field.
Set up 3 low cones 3 yards apart. Set up a tall cone 5 yards down from low cones and 5 yards forward. Set up another high cone in line with the low cones and an additional 5 yards to the right.
Keeper starts to the left of the low cones. Upon coaches signal the player steps laterally one foot at a time over the low cones to the right.
The player then runs up to the top cone and then backwards around that cone, through the two high cones and back around the back high cone.
The coach plays a ball on the ground so the player has to dive to make the save.
Play 5 balls on the ground and then 5 balls in the air.
Switch sides.
