Defenders working on playing as part of a unit. Main focus being on the ability to screen/slide as a unit. Work on defending when compact and not being played through or 'split'. How well can the unit communicate and stay organised.
If the blues successfully screen and slide and block the ball, they then keep it and try to slide through to their team mates on the other side.
1st Progression:
Players can press in the box next to them, e.g. outside blues can press the inside reds.
2nd Progression:
Players can drop into the opposition middle square and receive to play out to their starting area.
