Groups of 3/4.
1/2 GK's working, with 2 servers.
GK will start receiving a volley from the first server. He will work his way around the cones always facing forwards using quick footwork.
When he gets to the last cone, he will receive a volley from the second server, then make his way back to the first server.
This is a continuous warm up practice in which the GK working will work for 8 volleys.
Each GK will work through this twice each.
