Four players in crossing positions in each corner of the pitch. The pitch is 36 yards long (Equiv. 2 penalty boxes)
One at a time in specified order - players run out and cross to the goal at the opposite end of the pitch, whilst 3 players run out from the opposite goal to attack the ball and score. Working in a wave format, a crosser and 3 new attackers will run at top speed to the other end of the pitch to score. Practice continues end to end.
