Players are set up in a small sided game format with a pitch in thirds. The middle third will have a channel either side of the area which will be a 'free zone'. The majority of the players will be in the middle area of the pitch (See diagram). The play starts with a GK who plays out to 'free zone' where the ball is received. This player looks to play into his team in the area, who can then try to combine to slide a forward runner into their attacking end zone. The player must be onside (In the middle third) and can be followed in by a defender. Look to score, once you have attacked recover at pace to the outside channel, the player out there comes into the middle.
