  • Players in the middle keeps running in high phase up and down

  • Players outside plays a proper ball to the running players in the middle

  • Players in the middle pass the ball back

5 minutes and switch the running every 10 turns.

Players outside, are going inside

  • High intensity in the middle

  • Proper passes back, look at the technique

  • Players outside call names of the players
