3. Run left and right between cones
4. Collect a ball
5. Sole roll between the markers
6. Sprint to the green cone executing a feint and drive off the right foot to the blue cone
7. At the blue cone perform a feint and drive off the left foot towards the green cone
8 At the green cone, perform the same manouvere and move to the red cone
9. At the red cone perform a freestyle manouvere
10. From the red cone run with the ball towards the coach who will designate which way to pass him using a feint.
11. Score in the goal in the marked regions
