SETUP:
- Groups of 4 minimum
- Area is a 3yd channel 20-30yds long, 1 ball per group
- 1 player in middle, others spread equally at each end
- Player in the middle receives a pass from an outside player who follows their pass to the middle, executes a 1 or 2 touch open hips turn and passes to the opposite outside player and follows their pass to the outside
PROGRESSION:
- Turn becomes a 1 touch flick with the outside of the forward foot then pass
- Turn becomes a 0-touch dummy turn then pass
- Turn becomes a touch to control, then Cruyff then pass
- Choice of any turn
