GK's will split off into pairs. Each pair will have a square which they will work with.
1 GK will be the working one, the other will be the server.
The GK must set himself within the middle of the square. The cones are numbered 1-4. When the server calls a number the GK must go and touch that numbered cone, get back to the middle as quickly as he can for a volley from the server.
Each GK will work for 8 volleys, 3 times each.
