Dribble between three cones
Take ball to the right, outside the far cone, shoot right-footed to far post
Dribble between cones
Take ball to the left, outside the far cone, shoot left-footed to far post
Take ball to the far right cone, cut inside onto left foot and shoot far post
Take ball to the far left cone, cut inside onto right foot and shoot far post.
Repeat as many times as you wish.
