GK's will be in pairs. Each GK will take it in turns to complete the test, they will work for 1 minute each.
1 GK starts within the marked area, the other will be the serving also starting in the serving marked area.
The GK working will be in his set position with each foot on a balance ball. It is down to the GK to hold his position balancing on the balls. While the GK is balancing he will receive continuous volleys/throws, it is down to the GK to hold his position while being consistent with his catching techniques.
Service will be received at head height.
